The following morning was very similar to the first after your new job.
You didn't need to call up your friend this time, but you were still frightened of being alone. You still didn't think the animatronics might actually follow you home, but your anxiety remained.
As for possibly catching up on your sleep the night before? That clearly wasn't happening anytime soon. You'd woken up several times throughout the night due to various nightmares, and had a general hard time going back to sleep afterwards.
However, instead of the animatronics haunting your thoughts, it was now five little children that had been viciously murdered. Your mind played out Freddy's story over and over again. You had so many questions about it: How old had those kids been? Was one of them there to celebrate his or her birthday, only to meet that unfortunate, tragic end? How could someone do something so horrific to kids, anyways?
Not to mention why? What co

“Oh, no more…” you whimpered, cringing further into your little corner.
Why couldn’t the clock just chime already? You didn’t want to be here…You wished you were back at home, passed out on your couch or something.
“Not going anywhere, hmmm?” Freddy glanced over his shoulder at Bonnie with narrowed, darkening eyes.
“He’s sneaky!” Bonnie complained.
“You’ve been in here the entire time. He’s not sneaky, you just weren’t doing your job!”
“Go away, Foxy!” Chika growled, stepping forward to stand directly in front of him. “You’re not supposed to leave the Cove, so get out!”
In comparison to Foxy, she really did look small. Especially when he shifted from robot to human. He was bigger and much taller than her, with yellow eyes burning furiously down at her.
Faintly, in the back of your mind, you noticed that he wa

For the rest of the following day, you were as jumpy and jittery as humanly possible. There were times that the thought of the animatronics hunting you down to your house crept into your mind, and you’d spend several minutes listening for the sounds of creaking metal, footsteps, or one of Bonnie’s terrifying screams. Nothing happened, but you still felt as though you were being watched.
In fact, you were so frightened after last night that you even had to call your best friend over to reassure you that nothing was there. Oh, if she only knew the horrors you had endured last night. When you tried to tell her, she simply brushed it off and told you that you must’ve dozed off on the job and had a bad dream.
Oh, if only…
Not to mention that you got absolutely no sleep through the entire day. You were too scared to drop your guard for even a second!
The worst part, however, was that you had to ret

You had not signed up for this.
Sobs wracked your trembling body as you remained curled up in a tight ball against a corner in the supply closet. You clamped a hand over your mouth to muffle these sobs though and hugged your knees to your chest to make yourself smaller. Hot, uncontrollable tears flowed from your eyes and dripped down to your shirt.
Oh, God, you didn’t want to die! Not tonight, not by the hands of a bunch of murderous animatronic animals, not in such a grotesque and painful way as the man on the phone recording had described!
Your heart was beating rapidly, pounding against your ribs so hard that it seemed like they might break. It was so loud, too…What if those…those things could hear it!? What if they discovered you!?
A pathetic, keening wail slipped through your fingers, and you whimpered. What if they heard that, too?!
Don’t find me, don’t find me, don’t find
